HLHR together with ΚΕΜΟ (Research Centre for Minority Groups) is the Greek National Focal Point on Racism and Xenophobia for the years 2001-2010 as national partner of the RAXEN network, which is administrated by the European Union Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA)(ex EUMC-RAXEN).

HLHR-KEMO cooperate with the Greek Ombudsman and the Greek Forum of Migrants as subcontracting partners.

HLHR together with the Greek Ombudsman is the associate partner of the Migrant Integration Policy Index network which is coordinated by British Council and the Migration Policy Group.

HLHR together with ΚΕΜΟ represent the Greek partnership in the European project European Migration Dialogue  which is managed and coordinated by Migration Policy Group.

European Migration Dialogue  The EMD is a partnership of key civil society organisations dedicated to linking the national and European debates on immigration and integration. It is supported by the European Commission, Directorate-General Justice, Freedom and Security, under the INTI funding programme.
